Marguerite thrives in complex situations and has been a trusted advisor/coach to CEOs, executive management teams and employees. She has also been admired for her energy, passion, decisive leadership and strong relationship-building.

Prior to being the Founder & Chief Inspiration Officer for Inspire HR Consulting, Marguerite held HR executive and senior leadership roles with international Fortune 500 organizations, like Veolia and Equity Office Properties. She established and transformed HR functions and led teams up to 140 people, and was designated as executive sponsors for change management and diversity & inclusion initiatives as well as was the founder of “Women in Leadership” for more than 30 countries.

 Marguerite holds her Bachelor of Science, Management from Lesley University Cambridge and Master of Science in Organization Development from Loyola University Chicago as well as Strategic Planning and Executive Program recipient at Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified coach, master facilitator, and qualified administrator of personality/360/leadership assessments. Marguerite has been a recipient of many individual and leadership awards, such as, HRD Finalist of the Year, The Princess Royal Training Award, and CIPD Coaching and Mentoring, Best Change Management Initiative, and Best HR International Program Finalists.

 While living in London Marguerite served as the Steering Group Member with Parliament’s UK Skills Commission to create a more coherent skills system. She was Vice Chair & Board Member and Remuneration & Nominations Committee Member/Chair for Energy & Utility Skills for five years.  

 Marguerite has been published in numerous HR magazines and publications and been a frequent speaker and expert panel member at various events throughout her career.
